A MUSICAL LEGACY

Central City Chorus is one of the premier mid-sized choirs in New York City. The highly accomplished 55-voice chorus of dedicated volunteer singers is hailed by The New Yorker as the city’s “fine avocational choir.” The Chorus performs a variety of music, spanning a wide range of periods and geographic origins, from a cappella works  to choral-orchestral masterpieces.

Under the leadership of Music Director Bryan Zaros, a young American conductor recognized for his “strong musical imagination,” the Chorus continues to delight its audience with innovative, thoughtful programs.
